If our qualified medical team does not approve you for prescription medication, your money will be refunded.
If we make a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item, we’ll make it right by sending the correct product. You will not be required to return the item you received in error.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on orders already shipped. All prescription medication sales are final once they leave the pharmacy.
